Here’s a look at the double-sided postcard that comes with our Thunderbolt Fantasy 10th anniversary fanzine as a little freebie for buyers! You can check it out in photo form as well, below the cut:

It’s been a very hectic time for us, and it will continue to be as we focus on getting our orders fulfilled, but—here’s a photo of our table at the 2026 iteration of the budaixi-only doujin event “Raimei ni Tsuzuke!” in Tokyo.

It was our first time participating in a doujin event. Though Tifa, who is based in Japan, was the only mod at the table, everyone on the mod team also helped with the graphics, social media posts, and so on for the event!

Despite some initial hiccups such as delayed setup and the freebie postcards for the event being mistakenly delivered to Tifa's place, we were able to set up our table and distribute our zine successfully.

We couldn't have done it without the help, patience, and understanding of some truly kind souls, especially one of our contributors: Nakahara ritu, who stepped in after seeing Tifa struggling and was such a great help—all while cosplaying Lin Xue Ya! (Unfortunately, Tifa wasn't able to take a photo of ritu at our table, but if we can find a photo and get permission, we'll post it.)

If time permits, we may do a more detailed event report about our Raimei experience, but if not, consider this our event report for last weekend.

With preorders now closed and our files already sent to the printers, we are now busy preparing to table at the budaixi-only doujin event "Raimei ni Tsuzuke!", to be held in Tokyo on May 17, 2026 (Sunday)!

The reservation form for pickup at the "Raimei ni Tsuzuke!" event in Tokyo and our Taiwan 7-11 storefront have closed! Shipping of preorders will begin this month.
