This is really strange and seems like a really big oversight. One of the few things I liked about the GTA series (I'm not really a fan) was that the game allowed you to provide your own soundtrack. I like it when games do that.

I remember the first game I saw do it, Vigilante 8 for the Playstation. Once the game loaded a match (it was like twisted metal) you could take the disc out and put in a music CD. Then it would ask for the game disc when the match ended, brilliant.

Funny story. Hellgate London won an award from I think PC Gamer UK for "Worst British Accents." Ironically, all of the voice actors were British and I'm almost 100% they were all recorded in the UK.

My first job in the game industry was with Flagship Studios working on Hellgate: London. The way it all ended was pretty depressing. Seeing posts like this on tumblr make me think that even though the game was not a commercial success, it was totally worth being a part of :)

New Theme Coming Soon

Since I haven’t worked for BioWare for a year and 17 days now, I think it’s time to change my theme. At the same time, I’m going to start using Tumblr more often. Not sure what for yet, but ya. I’ll start conceptualizing some new designs tomorrow :)

I've just been so swamped. I restarted my blog ages ago and then... didn't make a second post. I'm going to try to do at least one post per day, we'll see. I don't have a very good track record of posting regularly :D Maybe I'll design my new theme after the company I work for *shrug*

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD
