Speaking of old commissions:

The peglar papers eye, poked into homemade hardtack

Rice bubble treat… aka the shale

Frozen blood jello shots and a charcuterie board of “people bits, dirt, and lead”

Dark and stormy cocktail in the fish carafe, and a pitcher full of sailors grog

And last but most definitely not least, my cake. Complete with a Dr. Stanley at carnival centrepiece.

I made this scratch board of the Gjøa, which sailed through the Northwest Passage in 1906.

If you haven’t visited Oslo yet, you really have to! The Fram museum is INSANE!! The Gjøa is on exhibit there, too, although you cannot enter the ship like the Fram :/

Scratch boards have been supperrrr fun for me! This was really challenging but it turned out great (I think).
