Okay so my AI girl theories are probably way too wild but I'm still gonna share them because let's all go crazy π
1) Irene is indeed human. In the next episode, Gen rejects her and she manages to find a way to bring back AI, maybe even with the help of Irene since she feels bad. So Gen ends up with AI... And Irene makes a robot Gen for herself with her permission. So both end up happy with their robot girl π
2) There is a possibility that Irene is really a robot too and AI of the future. What if the minister in his younger day was a scientist who created the first version of AI, which is Irene and that's why she calls him her father. Maybe he was disappointed by Irene and that's why he asked some younger scientists for a robot of his other daughter. And we know the rest, when Rann traveled back in time in Love Beyond Dreams, Gen forgot about Irene (still has some unconscious memories to be able to draw her) but Irene still remember Gen because she's a robot so her memories didn't get wiped by getting back in time. So it's still sad for AI but if Irene is AI then it's a little bit less painful since they're the same???
What happened and is really going to happen? I DONT KNOW π€‘ I guess it's gonna be really simple and all of our crazy theories are for nothing π
