Elvis will always be King of Rock N Roll but if you're interested in the Wild Child of Rock meet Jerry Lee, the man that set his piano on fire during a live opening act performance in order not to be outdone by Chuck Berry. If you have yet to see this amazing 80's biopic on Jerry Lee Lewis, I highly recommend grabbing a bag of popcorn, an old fashion soda, some licorice and enjoying this 108 min feast of 1950's style, cars, and music.

Haven't you heard, I've been spreading the word!...Chilling at Indigo at CrossIron Mills Mall getting to talk to some perfectly pleasant people and brilliant book-lovers, kids with awesome hoodies and sons with their mothers...Thank-you MUCHO MUCHO much to those who stopped to chat and while they were at it check out my bow-hat!!...

HOLY GUACAMOLE the Grade Sevens at Westmount Charter school have more charisma and attitude than the characters in Madagascar 3....These kids are awesome!! I got asked outstanding questions...but one definitely took the cake..."Do you think friendship is precious?"...WOW!

After the talk I had the coolest gals and guys come up to me, antsy to start reading the next chapter of the novel and grab a coveted "egg" stress ball....I even had these two girls follow me to the school parking lot and offer to help me load my stuff in the car...(Always wanted my own pose)..Seriously...these kids are sweeter than 7 packs of Splenda mixed in a Virgin Strawberry Margarita...
