I'm so flattered and thankful for these asks, it really means a lot to me!!! I haven't written an actual fic in years (like six years now or so LOL) so I'd be very rusty if I tried my hand at it again, but I would be happy to try smaller snippets overtime if I get the courage and ideas for it, which would all link together! ^.^ It makes me really happy someone enjoys the vague story I've come up with though, if anyone else likes them they're absolutely free to use/build off of the ideas I've thrown out there, I write my thoughts publicly for people to enjoy however they want :D
I do however plan on making more flowerysoul art, whether it be smaller doodles from little ideas or full-on pieces, which will likely be connected to what I've written so far! (I thought of a hilarious Soul and Aqua interaction in my head and I hope to sketch it out soon... I think Aqua would be a large part in helping the Soul escape, purely by accident bc it's very easy to convince her to do things. She's an all time fav)

Growing up drawing characters in an only-anime chibi style definitely fucked up how I draw adult characters and I'm still learning how to give them proper proportions. However, at least it still looks cute so I'm not too upset about it LOL

Taking a break from working on this cause I've been staring at it for too long... Hopefully I can finish it soon though! It's my first time rendering in a new way like this so I'm excited to see it done
I'll shush after this because I don't want to spam your inbox HAHA But reading your thoughts and thinking about the SOUL wanting to stay with Flowery and possibly fighting back against the Fun Gang made me think about like... Flowery fusing with the SOUL, same way Flowey does with the human souls originally in the game? And becoming way more powerful in the process, to the point that he would be able to stand up to both the Fun Gang and the Knight, perhaps...? :3c
(And this also immediately creating a more intimate bond between Soul and Flowery perhaps,,, I like the idea that it creates, somehow, a kind of bond with the Player as well and perhaps he can sense more of their intentions and feelings... Ooooo I love unconventional intimacy HAHA)

I love how this idea could go a lot of ways! I've been thinking about the parallels between the Omega Flowey fight and how it could effect Flowery's character if something similar happened with actual souls a lot lately so this is definitely an interesting concept to think about!!! I think the biggest thing here is that Flowery would be fusing with an actual soul this time, not just his friends and using the "power of friendship", so it would go a lot differently. In fact, I think because of how the Soul is able to manipulate characters into doing actions they don't want to do, the Player has more control over Flowery than he expected; I think he would actually get nervous and/or scared over it, at first, since in this scenario he'd be able to feel the full power, intentions and feelings of the player. As a darkner/plantner, this is an entirely new experience for him and something he would've never been able to comprehend!
He'd try to play it off cool, but it's way different than what he expected... He's a lot more powerful now, he could even fight the Fun Gang and have a chance at winning a battle with the Knight now, but that all of that is dependent on us and he's giving up control, even if he may possibly think otherwise. It would likely be similar to controlling Kris, except Flowery is way more willing and is able to say things about what we do.
Would Flowery and the Soul still be themselves fused, or would Flowery start thinking "What am I without you?", the already-thin thread of identity and purpose he was holding onto snapping the instant he realizes he can be more with the Soul?

HI!! Thank you so much Im really glad you enjoy it that much ^.^ I didn't exactly have specific thoughts/hcs about it when I first drew it, but I came up with a vague idea of "What if Flowery learned the wrong lesson and tried his hardest to keep the flower world alive?"
(This became way longer than I thought it'd be, My Bad ROFL)
I think he'd have to accept the fact that Asgore has autonomy and can refuse his affection and other advances, but his sense of identity was based off of serving him and trying to make him happy, so he isn't sure what his purpose is anymore. What his sense of self is. Despite everything he says to Ralsei and being a direct foil for their beliefs, Flowery is a bit of a hypocrite!
He's trying to serve his lightner the best he can, to make Asgore happy, but the difference is that Flowery isn't forced/pressured into this like Ralsei is. He WANTS to serve him! He wants to have a purpose, he wants to live, he wants to be someone. He wants to be someone to somebody.
In this AU, I want to push that a little further and give him issues. LOL.
This part isn't too fleshed out, but I like to imagine that he deduces (or already knows) that Kris can't seal the fountain without the soul at some point, which makes him get the idea of trying to steal and trap the soul for his own selfishness, and leaving Kris & the party to scramble trying to get it back. Kris is weak without it and can't use any game mechanics, such as battling, without the soul afaik; which leaves Susie and Ralsei to take on the task of trying to convince Flowery to give the Soul back.
Meanwhile, Flowery has the opportunity to try and convince us as the player that we don't have to follow the prophecy. That the Soul can stay, he can entertain and keep things going on forever, we don't have to play by the "rules". Exactly what he says to Ralsei, but with us instead basically!! I don't think he'd be super aware of just how important we are to the prophecy though. It depends on if he thinks/knows we're The Angel or not, but it'd be interesting if he did! We'd be able to do some game-breaking things, I'd imagine.
Flowery is determined to stay alive as a darkner (plantner?), to keep him and his friends alive, and he may grow fond of the Soul after some time! I mean, it can't talk. But it DOES know what's going on, can react in its own ways, and interact with things around them. I think Flowery, being the way he is, would try to learn everything he could about the Soul, and grow more fond of us the more reactive and interactive we are.
Depending on who the player is, they can either let Flowery steal them away and not fight back, leaving the Fun Gang to try and get the Soul back on their own, or you can fight back against him and try and escape! Tom and Jerry style. This is Deltarune, after all, I truly think it would turn into some Looney Tunes shit and it makes me laugh thinking about it.
The other flowers, following in Flowery's steps, would probably try and keep you from leaving as well now that they've learned that the Soul is the thing that seals the fountain. Ensue various hijinks that could include bonding with them and learning more about them, having to escape various traps and rooms that are themed after the flowers, or anything else !! I'm leaving that open for various scenarios because it's more fun that way LOOOL
TL;DR- Flowery is determined to keep himself and his friends alive by stealing the Soul, forcing the Fun Gang to try and get it back. Everything else is up to player/reader interpretation to project and imagine what happens next because I like when people have their own versions of what happens. (having different routes, even.)
I could TRY to add more to it, like what happens with the Knight's appearance and stuff, but i'm lazy right now I Cant Lie. Anyone else can add onto this or use any of the stuff I wrote if they like it, I'd love to see more interpretations of flowery/soul ! I'm really interested in how meta it can get
