also it feels wrong because i'm supposed to learn normal routines. but i don't think it's normal to force down food while youre crying…i mean i've done it before but i don't aspire to it

like. i don't think they would. or could. probably. but it's like everyone is lying all the time and thinks nothing of it and i have to be on my guard and i don't know what to do with the urge to escape from here since i truly can't trust these people with my autonomy. but the treatments sort of crucially require me to do that. to some unknown extent. my own judgement is clouded…i recognise that but idk how to accept it
