I used to have an account here, I got busy, forgot about it, now I'm back and I'll post joyslop or little poem-esque thingies ehe ^_^

One of my best friends, Sock,(I don't wanna post their real name since it's just courtesy of myself) has a bird named Matcha. At the moment, her mother is immature with her spending and honestly a bad pet parent. They have money, but the mother spends it on trips and when Sock begs for things to care for her bird, her mother says it's un needed.

Sock had some jobs, but recently lost them and isn't old enough to get a real one (she used to pet sit for a close family to theirs) nor is she old enough to get a bank account, so her older sister is helping with the gofundme proceeds

Sock recently started a gofundme for Matcha, to get her things like a bird bath or toys, since birds need to be comfortable in order to thrive!!

for the tldr, everyone fucks up. please. don't get caught up in it. just recognize it and move on. take the little wins and ask for help instead of suffering silently. don't repost that sad post, don't post that suicide note, ask for help. if a friend can't help, ask counsellors or another adult.
