Having found some time to get away from the league, Koga had taken a break, even traveling into Johto a bit. Now in Violet city, he sat on a bench, enjoying the clean atmosphere. Kotone is a very well-known breeder, both because of her skill and because of her family. Her maternal grandparents own and operate the Goldenrod City Day-care Center (the very first of its kind back when they began operations) and as their co-operator, there is a certain level of respect and expectation associated with what she does. As a breeder, she has never once disappointed them or brought dishonor to their names. She is very proud of this and the reputation she has earned as a result.
