Homemade Drumsticks are a fun and delicious treat that you can easily make using your favorite ice cream flavors and toppings. These crunchy, creamy delights are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth on a hot day.
Ingredients: 1 quart of your favorite ice cream. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped nuts such as almonds or peanuts. 12 sugar cones. 1/2 cup melted chocolate for dipping.
Instructions: Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for about 5-10 minutes. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Dip the rims of each sugar cone into the melted chocolate and then dip into the chopped nuts, coating the rims. Scoop the softened ice cream into each cone, packing it down gently. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of each drumstick. Place drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once frozen, enjoy your homemade drumsticks!
