Kevin performed well in the written exams. His knowledge on a wide array of quirk and usage helped him to be one of the few students to get over 14 marks on the 20 mark strategy question. He changed the topic of his essay a few times in the exam so the final product was underdeveloped although his understanding of the subject was clear.
Kevin worked solo for all of his partnered exam, though not of his own accord. On the day his quirk gave him the ability to produce spiderweb from his mouth, which was utilised with great proficiency in combat and evasion. However, as Iâm sure youâre aware, Kevin did endure grievous injury to his back while trying to communicate with his partner (Daniel Condren of A-1). Though this motivated his partner to act and consequently not fail the exam, Kevin was left unable to continue. The severity of the injury unfortunately means I have to fail Kevin in spite of his prior performance, which was worthy of a merit.
Kevin was able to participate in the crisis exam to a limited degree. He operated alongside management course students instead of on the ground with the hero course. His quirk that day allowed him to disconnect his vision from his eyes and see from a perspective seen in the previous sight. He used it to locate civilians and villains â the quirk enabled him to change his perspective to one viewed through another perspective meaning he could move his vision across the field in seconds. To his credit, he discovered this loophole incredibly quickly.
Kevin will be able to progress onto the second year, though it is mandatory for anyone who failed the partnered exam to attend extra lessons outside of normal lesson times. This will still be true for Kevin, even given his specific situation, once he is seen fit by a doctor. We all wish him a swift recovery.

<]The final Lad. I donât know why I made Nogla have the most links to his channel but here we are. It might be to do with how similar a bunch of the images would look to my brain. Guess what? Made using naepyonnnâs bnha student maker!}>
Daithi
His quirk is Glutton.
A specific version gigantification quirks. The more he eats, the more he grows. A side effect of the quirk is that he constantly has an appetite since a lot of energy is used in making him grow. People arenât sure if Daithi is naturally over 6â or if his height is due to his quirk.
Wants to be a hero for the fame and recognition from others.
Friends with Brian from before hero school.
Brian and Daithi have each othersâ backs to the end, despite ragging on one another a lot; theyâre arguably closer than Daniel & Kevin. Their little squad were the ones who gave him his nickname, Nogla, which he now uses more often than his real name. Their group all wanted to be heroes for fame, money, shits & giggles, etc.
Doesnât think before he speaks, often leading to confrontations and unfavourable situations â in other words, heâs been diagnosed with foot-in-mouth disease and itâs terminal.
His mouth says things before his brain can process his thoughts. His slurred speech isnât a great help. It makes him hard to decipher and makes it seem as though he says things he really didnât.
Kind but still prone to bursts of rage.
He gets frustrated when people donât understand what heâs saying, whether heâs saying it or not. He is also easy to wind up, a fact duly noted by his friends.

Nogla, as he asks to be called, is a wonder to behold. How he isnât dead yet â either from his pure lack of technique or from his constant fights with peers â is one of the things keeping me up at night. The best theory I have is that his friends in the third year are protecting him without his knowledge.
Welp, I should be working on Forase, but have these new fantasy-based OCs instead! I created them while on a holiday where I had no internet, so Iâve thought up a bit of info about them. They wonât be in any comic (I might occasionally write or draw things about them), but Iâve taken to calling this âthingâ âForbidden Arts and Flower Cartsâ. Info about them under the cut:
Firstly, Hia, who, if this had a main storyline and comic, would be the main character. Sheâs 20 (Iâm not good at drawing adults so she looks waaay too young, I really need to fix that aspect of her design), and sheâs half-human half-fire sprite. When she was 16 years old the volcano she lived in with the fire sprite side of her family was attacked by a sorcerer. The sorcerer was hired to destroy the fire-sprites living there in the hopes that it would stop the frequent eruptions. Most of the inhabitants were killed, and Hia lost her left leg. She knows others survived the attack, but since then sheâs made a new living and would prefer to just keep doing what sheâs doing. She makes a living through the sale of magical, healing, or just normal flowers and herbs. She sells these from a cart that she rides from village to village. Thereâs also a small hut near a forest that she found abandoned. Here she grows the plants and keeps the items that are too heavy to keep on the cart (she also knows some of the forestâs inhabitants but Iâll talk about that in another post). She has an interest in witchcraft despite the fact that witchcraft is kind of in the grey area of the law. She tends to lose her focus easily and lets things go way too easily, which has led to her being badly treated by a few customers. Luckily Cheese can sense when sheâs giving in too easily and give her a hand.
Cheese is a unicorn Hia found shortly after she got her prosthetic fixed. She was lying in the woods with no memory of who she is or where she came from. Hia named her Cheese for obvious reasons (Cheese doesnât know how to feel about that name). She pullâs Hiaâs cart, and can telepathically communicate with Hia. In terms of magic power she can levitate small objects and boost some of the spells Hia tries to cast (she doesnât know it, but whatever happened to her that wiped her memory also severely weakened her powers, she used to be much more powerful).
Maxie is a cockatrice that Hia rescued from a fighting ring. He canât talk or really communicate with Hia or anyone else, so heâs basically a really intelligent pet. When he was captured by the people that ran the fighting ring they severely damaged his eyes, rendering him completely blind (they did this to remove the power cockatrices have to kill anything by looking it in the eyes). When he was rescued by Hia she tore off a bit of her dress and soaked it in a healing concoction to help soothe the pains in his eyes. Ever since them heâs worn a scrap of fabric around his eyes that they replace once every three weeks. Heâs Hiaâs familiar and helps boost the spells, though thatâs all the magic powers he has. He lives in a small compartment in Hiaâs cart.
And finally, Ytha, a shape-shifting insectoid dragon. He can communicate with most types of insect and they act kind of like a hive mind (kind of??? Iâm not exactly sure how it works, itâs more like a web of information?? idk). He can shapeshift, though when he does thereâs a few things that always appear on the form (Iâll explain in another post). He can also have visions of the future, but theyâre almost always useless (e.g. âI four days, youâll eat goats cheeseâ). Him and the flower cart gang meet pretty often in different villages, as Ytha likes to go into random villages in human form and say random premonitions. He claims that all the meetings are coincidences, but most of the time he gets a vision of where theyâre gonna be.
And thatâs all! Iâm kind of scared that Hia and Ytha donât have enough flaws, but Iâll develop them later.
SeĂĄnâs question exam was slightly disappointing as he had been doing well in mocks, though he by no means failed. His essay contained immaculate analysis and evaluation. This did raise concerns among staff, especially given his chosen subject. I will talk with SeĂĄn about this privately, any guardians present at his request.
SeĂĄn was partnered with Mark Fischbach (C-1) for a variety of reasons, the key one being testing their seriousness. They both completed the exam with an appropriate approach. They were dedicated to apprehending the villain yet kept a jovial attitude â this did cause SeĂĄnâs temporary capture but ultimately enabled them to succeed with the help of Hype and its hefty stores.
The crisis exam was a stressful event for all the students participating (understandably given it is a surprise exam that we try our best to make seem authentic). This severely limited SeĂĄnâs quirk initially; he worked alongside Daniel Condren of A-1 to boost morale before engaging in combat. There was an incident on his journey to the battle as he attempted to travel over rooftops. Hype seemingly didnât activate for a jump and SeĂĄn fell 4 storeys. Thankfully he was assisted by David Nagle of B-1 and sustained no injuries.
SeĂĄn performed extremely well in his practical assessments. It is possible nerves got to him before the first written exam or some other factor played a part that wasnât usually present. I am interested in the nature of the roof incident. He used reserves of Hype later when in battle, so why it didnât activate is curious. Regardless, SeĂĄn will continue to achieve great things in his second year at Y.T.
There was little doubt Daniel would excel at the written portion of the exam, scoring comfortably within top marks for the question paper and giving a well-developed analysis on meleeâs usefulness for his essay.
Daniel was extremely close to failing his partnered exam due to his arachnophobia. He outright refused to work with his partner due to his quirk â on the day his partner, Kevin OâReilly of F-1, had a quirk that let him produce spider web from his mouth. He managed to rejoin the battle but not before his partner sustained serious injury to his back. Though he qualifies for a pass based on how grades are assigned, I am hesitant to say he fully deserves it.
Daniel did somewhat redeem himself with his performance in the crisis exam. He managed to keep civilians calm and fellow heroes focussed with the help of his quirk. Furthermore, Daniel was instrumental in locating the villains and, for the most part, kept civilians out of harmâs way.
Overall, I am happy to see Daniel progress to his second year in Y.T. as he definitely has the potential to be a great hero and will be able to overcome his shortcomings in the rest of his time here.

His quirk is called Exploit and is suitably broken; he can ignore the laws of the universe temporarily at the cost of huge amounts of energy.
Gravity, states of matter, survival needs like blood if he manages to get into that kind of situation, you get the idea. The brit is left tired for days if he uses it for even a couple of seconds, so he tries to maximise its usefulness while using it sparingly.
Class representative of A-2.
His demeanour made quite a few of his peers immediately suggest him. That or his fancy little monocle.
Joins study sessions with classmates where possible but never training sessions.
He likes keeping his developments secret so he can play it off during lessons or field work.
Always has tea on hand.
Yorkshire Gold, caffeinated so he doesnât feel the impact of his quirk as much. He has multiple gold-coloured flasks so he can always carry some nice toasty brew.

Tom is one of the more theatric students at Y.T., preferring to work solo within groups to silently boast his power until mentioned by others. He has been taken down a peg since he passed out while stuck in his dormitory door because he ran out of energy mid-phase. How such a quirk exists is absolutely terrifying. I canât tell if itâs for better or worse that he is the one to wield it.
<{Reference pic made primarily for myself using naepyonnnâs bnha student maker. Donât expect people in the same groups to get profiles in the same block. That might happen, just donât count on it.}>
Jaren
His quirk, Instinct, allows him to sense the right time to act.
He didnât realise it was his quirk for years; he just thought he had a good gut instinct. He mainly uses it to win bets by saying stuff akin to âthis will happen in 3, 2, 1â. In combat it allows him to act in sync or in complementary fashion to allies, dodge attacks, parry attacks, and throw things while saying âYEETâ.
It may also influence how he acts but due to the vague nature of Instinct this is hard to verify.
In the hero game originally for shits and giggles.
He still very much is, donât get me wrong, despite growing to care more about helping people. He now tries to rein in the worrying jokes his friends make, especially when theyâre on missions actually in front of civilians.
Considered a member of the Banana Bus Squad although he does associate more with other groups.
Insists on having 3D sunglasses and a propeller hat in his costume.
John has tried to talk him out of the hat multiple times.

In spite of prior doubts as to whether Jaren would be a suitable hero, given his devil-may-care attitude to everything, he has dedicated himself to becoming a great hero during his time so far at Y.T. He has the highest speed ranking of any student that cannot use their quirk to boost it â a fact only possible because of his excessive use of the academyâs treadmills, though only one in particular.
He is an anthro platypus, standing at 4â4â. Heâs trying to strength-train his tail enough he can hold himself up on it to try increase his height.
Considered the class mascot of A-3.
Helped by his position as seat 1 (he wanted to sit closest to the door to leave quicker) and by being an âadorable animalâ. Arguably heâs more like a cult leader at times. If Courtilly or Kara are unable to attend class rep meetings, Max takes their place. He wonât do much besides taking full advantage of drinks and snacks, but heâll be there.
Doesnât wear uniform properly and never will.
Since heâs got a mutant quirk he does get some leeway via Y.T.âs anti-discrimination policies but this doesnât extend to wearing Hawaiian shirts under his blazer. Staff have accepted this given Mr Yard is soft for his class.
He was asked once how heâd dye his hair if he wanted to, the next day he came in completely pinky-purple.
Added some yellow bits later. He also came in completely white one day but I donât think I should talk about it.
The best washer-uperer [whatever the damn pizza clubâs called today] has ever seen, although may be licking them cleanâŠ
Heâs a snrrrrrrk mimimimimimimi-er.
Some of his classmates got curious of which depiction of snoring was most accurate so naturally spied on the others while they slept via microphone bugs. Max was one of the only data points. The mic is still in his room and has overheard so much yelling.

Max is a well-rounded student, doing well in academics, hero theory, and practical hero work. He represents his class well â jovial, friendly, promising heroes.
