smithers... the milk bag man. He's very round and chubby, with legs that taper out instead of in. The details on his eyes + eyebrows are supposed to resemble droplets. He's got no teeth because milkbag with teeth is cursed (an irl suggested milk dripping in his mouth to look like teeth, but I can't pull that off). Don't ask why his head floats, its just cool. His blood and tears are milk, and he has telepathy and time magic (prediction master bby).

Finally found a John design im somewhat happy with - ice and sunflowers is a hard combo to pull off unfortunately. He's an elemental being made of liquid and temperature magic! He's very rectangular, with sharp spikes of ice. To give him a more floral motif, I added water lilies and a lilypad (to fit with his water better than sunflowers, though hes got some on his pants bc it feels wrong to have none). His "hair" is water that freezes at the end, and he has icicle teeth! He steams when angry :3.
