Pianos Become the Teeth - Young Fire

Here at the Beev, we love music, but what we love even more than regular music, is feels music. 

You may have never given Pianos Become the Teeth a chance due to the "Screamo" label that many ignorant critics have plastered onto them, but I urge you to give them a shot. This album closer may very well one of the most emotional "Post-Rock" songs I have ever come across.

Reasons this song is worth a Dam:

Beautiful, Expressive Instrumentation

The slow flowing build of the song trades between a gentle lead followed by a slightly more crunchy rhythm section, all draped over calm, yet commanding, drums and bass guitar.

Contrast Used as a Powerful Tool to Close the Album

After what can only be described as an emotionally draining and vocally harsh album, this track stands in stark contrast, as if to signify the cathartic release of baring ones soul. 

The way this track slowly fades out never ceases to bring me to some sort of calm, reflective state. 

If you like this track, yet find the rest of the album a bit too harsh for your taste, I suggest listening to the song "Hiding" from their split with Touche Amore.
