“i’m going to jump off my window, i swear. my groupmates are useless! absolutely useless!” you lightly bang your head onto your laptop’s keyboard as you whine loudly.

your phone was propped up nearby since you were on a video call with gene. he was already on his bed just watching you struggle through the screen.

“you know, you could just, not do…the project..?”

“no.”

“then you’ve got no choice.”

you groan, running both of your hands on your face, earning an amused laugh from across the phone. some shifting of the sheets can be heard as he moved around, all while watching you work.

“i’m gonna do this all by myself! and tell the teacher they didn’t help. ha! loophole!” your laugh rather louder from your usual volume.

“my girlfriend’s gone craaazy..” you hear him murmur, his voice low and teasing, cause he knows what he’s doing!

your eyes pan to the side to where the front camera was, giving him a side eye. you only hear his hearty laughter, moving your head to look at the camera properly, you see his pretty smile and beautiful blue eyes.

grumbling, you lean back onto your chair and cross your arms. “you’re lucky you’re pretty.” you joke, blush creeping onto your cheeks — but you make sure your face says otherwise to tease him.

his laughter dies down and lets out an amused huff in content from the laughing fit.

he shakes his head, smiling. “come on sweets, let’s be for real though. you could finish that project in one click. you don’t need them to help you, you’re just laaazy!”

“hey!-“

“kidding, heh. what, want me to help you?”

“uhm, no..” you trailed off lowly, building up a laugh deep inside as you tried to hold it in.

you love your boyfriend, but knowing his past records, you highly doubt it. (you don’t, you just like to tease about his gang and previous poorly made decisions)

he furrows his eyebrows, eyes squinting as he scanned your figure from the screen.

“why are you laughiiingg?! i can totally help you pretty girl, you doubting me?”

you let out a snort, “maaaybe.”

“i am perfectly capable of doing assignments! you know what, im heading there, now. time to help you with some homework.”
