I’ve watched it three times and cried really bad on my first watch, so safe to say, this video has affected me. So I wanted to draw something that paid tribute to it!!! It was definitely a challenge trying to get all the descriptive metaphorical writing into a visual medium, but I hope I did it a justice!!

I love that canonically Phoenix, Apollo, and Naruhodo have all been told that they need to change their face cause they're freaking people out lmao. None of these lawyers can hide an emotion to save their goddamn lives (Phoenix had NO poker face before the 7yg, I love it)
Anyways I love thinking about being at the prosecutor bench and the defense is sending you borderline supernaturally bad vibes. Absolutely dismal atmosphere in the courtroom right now. Fucking hysterical. Klavier looked at Apollo doing whatever the fuck this is from across the courtroom and was like "Wow, what a freak. I need to hang out with him right now." And I love them both for that

Started redrawing these two pages from the vol. 2 Ace Attorney Casebook manga back in June and kinda left it on the back burner for a while. Finally finished it! This was fun! And I think it turned out nice, although there are changes I’d make if I did it again. There are so many more moments from the manga I want to draw, but probably not to this extent
