bc ketchup often kills taste of ur food so i don't like to add it if i used spices and such to make a thing! but i know some people prefer it. plus i eat eggs in all shapes so it’s kind of weird for me to squeeze a ketchup on hard boiled egg or sunny side up one? maybe scrambled but not so fond ot it as well.
