Hiii! I'm curious whether you have a strict goal when you're working on a project. For example, when you're focused on one work, do you usually write just one episode and then stop, or do you sometimes write multiple episodes if you're feeling inspired?
I was wondering because I saw your post about the timelines you dedicate to each of your works, and it made me curious about how strictly you stick to that schedule. If you're really inspired, do you ever keep writing and get ahead of your original plan, or do you prefer to keep to the pace you've set for yourself?
No. Itās too overwhelming for me because either itās too long of a chapter or thereās too much branching so while it might seem short to you thereās multiple paths
Like more months are definitely dedicated to wwc. Not only because itās famous but also because itās so advanced, Iām near the end and it has so much variables. It requires much more dedication since itās so far along and thus itās the most draining work I have. Iāve never lost my love for it but itās a complicated love
Iām also get bored. No matter how excited I am for an overall project Iāve I donāt switch after Iām done a chapter I start finding it tedious.
The only reason wwc got two episodes done back to back last year is because I got a bit impatient. Exhausting to do but af least now I only have episode 10 (two versions), episode 11, episode 12 and the epilogue which will be like 5-10 minutes of playing so it hardly counts, technically I have only 3 episodes left
EC took longer than I expected tbh because it has two versions and so many branches towards the end of the kidnapped route. Iāve started and made some nice headway on the Charley!escaped route. If I can really lock ināwhich is unpredictable since my inspiration comes and goes like the windāitāll be done by the end of June/Early July.
Thank god for OYHS. No two versions, there is some extensive branching I have planned for the end of that chapter 2 but Iām currently having fun reading nonfiction books about the studio system so thatās a plus āŗļø
