So she fakes a glitch, the avatar freezing wasnt programmed in it was just a glitch, probably a weird collision thing! She'll get it fixed in no time but for now no one else can get in, she'll get it allll fixed and until then no one can log in! what if it spreads or something to you idiots?! not happening!
So she isolates both him in the simulation and him in reality, inventing some machine to work as a replacement for like an iv drip to ensure he doesnt like, starve. while also spending a lot of time inside with a very done with everything kokichi who is either full unfrozen or somewhat unfrozen but still like trapped in a building or something as she tries to make it up to him, kokichi is unamused.
The only people she might willingly lets into the room are kiibo and gonta to help with kokichi's body. Miu spends a lot of time pretending to work on the "glitch" but actually is spending a lot of time programming in more stuff for kokichi to do and ways to best keep him from getting tooo angry, like a funky little kokichi tamagotchi.
She's digging this hole so so deep for herself but she's just going for "if x is true then y is true so z is true and v is true" without actually taking a deep breath and double checking if x is actually true
AU in which Miu Iruma cannot bring herself to kill Kokichi after paralyzing him. However, knowing he wont let her forget this and might tell the others and thus fakes a glitch, until she codes it in for real, to keep Kokichi trapped inside the simulation and making sure no one else but her can enter as a “safety function” to try and figure out a way out of this trap she caught herself in
