metal bending is extremely cracked
imagine being a metal bender. carry a jar with fluid metals like mercury or gallium, make a fake gun. get into a fight, enemy expects you to pull the trigger. they do not expect you to CHUCK the gun at them. they definitely do not expect the gun to burst in a shower of metal and suddenly, they're bound up in wires.
hell, you could do a discount walgreens version of puppetry by encasing the joints of the enemy with metal and then moving them around via virtue of the metal.
if you get real good at it, like real good at it, go full Metallica and remove the iron in their blood. turn it into razors inside them and slice them up from inside.
if you really want to off someone, here is my recommendation. get an extremely high density metal like, idk, tungsten. get a whole load of it and compress it down as much as possible. then, make strings out of it and become Walter from Hellsing with his threads.
