I just started this blog recently, and would really like to connect with other writers/readers!
Here are some things about me and this blog: - I’m not exactly sure what this blog will contain yet. It might just be me ranting, but honestly I’d love to share my own writing once in a while. I haven’t done so on the internet :) - My name is Daphne and I’m eighteen. - Currently, I’m working on a first draft for a novel that I started a few years ago but abandoned, and am now picking it back up, so I’m really excited about it! - I used to like dystopian books a lot, but now I usually read contemporary or fantasy/supernatural (though I’ve been reading some classics lately and I enjoy them too!) - I like art, music and most of the soft sciences (psychology, philosophy, sociology etc) and love to discuss them. - When I’m overwhelmed I usually write angry poems or scenes that have nothing to do with my current projects. - I don’t really have a lot of writer friends, and would always be happy to make more!
