Our staff currently consist of:
Luigi: head manager and server, take your complaints up with him! (Note from delivery boy: Dumbahh got named after a green plumber)
Alberto: delivery boy, server, and responsible for the music (Note from head manager: Alberto is ass at the music picking)
"Nan" (Eliza or Lizzie): owner and head chef, sole owner of the entire business after her co owner and husband Antonio passed away. (Note from staff: Don't think much if Nan peaks her head out of the kitchen every once in a while. She likes customers and loves talking with people.)

Our work times:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am to 7:30 pm
NOTE: Staff cleans their work station every day, but we have still set Sunday as a deep clean day, where the staff compleatly disinfects the pizzeria for the week, and it takes the limited staff a whole day, even if our establishment is on the smaller side.
