My body goals don't fall in the as much muscle as possible category. And let's be clear, there is nothing wrong with that goal. For me personally though, it's incredibly important to uphold my speed and agility as I get older. The amount of motor control and focus that is required to cut or backpedal with proper form is impressive to say that least. I want to continue to keep my joints health and maintain equilibrium in my body to play basketball in to my later years.
