I’ve only ever had one other “corporate “ job, and that was when I was temping for my dad’s team doing some tech support and data entry. This is…something else. There’s so much structure and care! I am so glad not to report to a business owner anymore!

And not only do I have several levels between me and the ceo, the team I’m on is almost entirely femme. I’ve always been the only woman on marketing teams. (Or I WAS the whole marketing team)

I was watching the Barbie movie last night and found myself tearing up more than usual, because I’ve never felt this supported by feminine energy in my whole career. Like, there was the customer service team at one job who included me as one of them, but I was eventually alienated from them in a way.

It was ROUGH. My part of the project didn't come up, so I mostly just sat there and listened. But my heart was pounding the entire time.
