Regular angels are under command of Archangels.  They kind/specialization depends from which Archangels they're assigned. With it comes the type of wings they have. That's why angels are "born" under their leader and nothing can change what are they.

Michael - The Warrior

With all warriors beneath him. They have eagle wings. Eagle - symbol of force. Their wings are the strongest, created for fight.

Lucifer - Leader of Angels' Choirs

Swan wings. The most grateful and beautiful. Swan - the symbol of perfection, purity and nobleness. Their wings are the biggest, the most beautiful and also shining. And Lucifer's wings are the best of them all.

Raphael - The Healer

I had hard time to make something with Raphael, because he's such undeveloped character. We barely know him. So I had to invent his wings out of other sources.

Caduceus Staff - symbol of medicine. Wings on in are spread staight, the feathers are wide. It brings me to mind owl's wings. Also symbol of wisdom - necessary to heal.

Gabriel - The Messenger

And finally six wings. Why do I think exactly Gabriel has six wings?  Well:

But, why I don't think all archangels have six wings? It's because Zachariah, he's not archangel for sure, but he said (When Dean and Sam were in heaven) that here (heaven) he has six wings and four head and the lion and blah blah blah. I made decision to believe him this one time, when he's talking about his wings, and classify six wings for messengers. I also gave them pigeon's wings - the bird used to sending short messages, also symbol of love and peace. I have no idea what does that have to being messengers but it's cool.

All of four kinds of angels are still soldiers, and fights for God.

Now

Which of angels we have met belongs under which Archangel? In my mind the most common "profession" for angels is being warrior, and the most rare in belonging to choir. This is my complete fiction. In the Bible all angels are in choirs and there is nothing about them being warriors. Let's start from our next top seraph with the shotgun

Castiel

As for me it's obvious Castiel is the warrior. I can't give you specific line from the show, or picture but I think his behavior and how and what he talks, says that for me.

Uriel

He's messenger. And it's from the very simple reason.

Just four wings because he is less powerful angel.

Anna

I always interpreted her as warrior. I don't have argument for that, or maybe I'm just tired. You can agree with me on that or not, whatever.

Zachariah

His death confuses me. He died only with one pair of wings visible. But I'm keeping my version of him as messenger - what would actually work with his job on Dean.

Balthazar

Warrior or Healer. I have no idea why he would be one or another. But I'm going to draw him with owl's wings because I like it.

I didn't watch 8 season yet, so I can't tell you about Samandriel and Naomi, but I read theory about her that she's one of the sisters of fate. And I think it's legit. She was enough powerful to take Castiel out of purgatory (Raphael couldn't reach there) and few more thing I don't remeber now.
