what are some headcanons that you have about their relationship?

Oh God. There's a lot, so I'll only share a few. I've kinda mentioned some of these.

Road trips become very very important to them. Like an escape from the world. That's how she learns how to take a break and that's when Bucky learns how to let the world off his shoulders.

They're constantly touching each other because they're both touch deprived and it reassures them that they're there.

They have a collective Bucket List, which they both add things on that they want to do with the other, even if the other person doesn't necessarily want to do it.

Once every other month they take off a weekend to go somewhere, even if it's staying in a hotel down the road, and take a class/made plans to cross off an item on the previously mentioned list. The deal is one person decides where to go, while the other decides what they do.

On that note, they've scuba dived in the Caribbean, took a baking class in Italy, took a dance class in Paris, got kicked out of every mall in Tokyo for having a Nerf War, and rode a hot air balloon in New Zealand.

I think they'd go back to Wakanda. I don't know when. Maybe for their honeymoon. Maybe they stay to raise their kids there (baby goats and tiny humans). I haven't decided, but they definitely visit Wakanda a lot of they don't end up staying there.

And if course they visit Sam all the time. Every road trip in the US starts in Louisiana at Sam's.

They bring Cass and AJ little things from their trips, but it's always some unique trinket and not cheap keychains (which they save for Sam. He has quite a few lanyards full.) They get Sarah shotglasses which she keeps on shelves to show off.

They always say good night and good morning and wish each other a good day, even if they're mad at each other or away from each other. And never over text.

Phone calls, phone calls, phone calls. Bucky calls her for everything. He's five minutes out the door to pick up pizza or something? Phone call because "I already miss you, doll." He's out getting groceries? "I wanna make sure I get it right."

Also! The both have very long lists of what the other likes so on bad days, they can put together a little basket of different things like movies, treats, toys, etc. The lists are long so they can switch up the items.

I found an old drawing of Ludwig in a notebool of mine and im really surprised with how much my style has changed!!
