No actually the more I think about Hal/Diana the more it actually makes so much sense. Hal’s military (and Diana is also a soldier, and Hal prolly respects that about her!) and so was steve — Hal’s similar enough to Steve that Diana would be reminded of Steve, but not so similar that it would bum her out.
