Last year, I had a whole childhood dream come true!! I got to illustrate 2 Magic the Gathering cards! One being this here 2/2 regular human guy token and the other being the Not A Wolf set's bonus card, Immerwolf!! Thank you to my friend and terribly funny man Dan Sheehan for including me in such a rad set! It's truly wild to be in the drop alongside MtG illustration legends!

I’d really like to see Garruk again. A badass Planeswalker killer should come visit Bolas and the gatewatch. Damn i don’t have the new template for the token, well, that’s it. What you think? 

It’s been a while since I made token art, but it’s been even longer since Magic printed a card with Banding. I’m still not quite sure how it works to be honest.
