Not sure if this counts as a "Fun fact about anything" but I do feel like the Buhru from League's Lore (Illaoi's people) would be a perfect philosofical fit for Green/Black as opposed to its much more present elemental fit of "Decay as a form of life" and deeper than Golgari Elves that toe the line between nature-themed and arrogant to straight up eugenicists.
They believe in a god of the ocean and in Perpetual Motion, be it physical or spiritual. The worst thing you can do is become stagnant and waste your life without truly moving. But there is no set reason for movement, you must find your own. Indulge and know yourself, and be unstoppable in persuing what you want. In terms of color pie, All must find their place in the world (Green) by focusing on their own selves and desires, regardless of the world's opposition to them (Black).

I opened a Return to Ravnica pack a few days ago and got a Golgari Guildgate. I didn't really bat an eye at it, I have a million of these, until I read the flavor text.
"Enter those who are starving and sick. You are welcome among the Swarm when the rest of Ravnica rejects you."
What made it stick with me is that second sentence. One wouldn't be necessarily 'sick' or 'starving' in the traditional sense, but struggling to find a place and purpose, feeling lonely, feeling unlovable, starving for attention and becoming sick because of being alone and rejected with your thoughts. It's ironic and a little poetic that you would join a sprawling thoughtless hive mind but I find the statement oddly comforting (comforting in the sense that you don't have to think about feeling like you belong, its thoughtless) and it's just kind of stuck with me for the past couple days.
It has been a while yet again. Things are calming down here for me, much of my work has been finished. We shall see if I will post more.
I have recently found a group to play boardgames with. It has been nice. It is interesting how the turn of the Decamillennial changed the typical faction count of a game from a multiple of nine to ten, coinsiding with the Dimir's reveal to the public eye. I have been enjoying "Cricket to Ride", the title a reference to how one of the public transport centipedes preferred treats are crickets. 🦗 <- the communicator gave this as an option for the word. Fascinating. I can put bugs on these posts. 🐛 🪲 🐞 They are tiny though.
I do not have many other updates. Sounds like some people are involved in a war. Good luck with that.
A standard-playable card with a mechanic with a 9 or higher on the Storm Scale
It's much easier to make a non-broken Dredge design standalone than fill an entire set with the mechanic. Nevertheless, no idea if the card would be good enough to actually be Standard-playable, but it'd have a shot, at least.
