((in other news homesteading has absolutely highjacked my activaties in WMM now lol But also enjoying drowning in it so far 😊this update honestly happened at an uncannily perfect time, as I'd just been finishing up the main story for Kaifeng, and realizing I... really didn't like it as much as Qinghe in most ways, AND been missing just existing there at that time. So the sort of narrative flow that occurred was accidental perfection. My babies were ready to go home. 🥲 Also just so much appreciation to the devs for doing this. I feel like they could've just plugged their ears and persisted with the sad 'gone forever' narrative with Blissful Retreat, but instead gave us this honestly beautiful little thread of recovery and resilience in the face of all the doom and gloom bearing down on MC.
