• 19.12.2017 : Tuesday : Soup Of The Day : Homecook • Winter Melon 🍈 Pork Rib 🐷 Soup 🍲 #lifeasmrsyeocooksrecipe 👇🏼 What went into my pot: 300g pork rib (parboiled) 4 medium dried oyster (soaked in warm water) 500g winter melon (seed removed, cut into chunks) 6 red dates Small handful wolfberries 1.2l water Salt to taste ____________________________________________ Method: Put everything in a pot, bring to boil then lower down heat to simmer for 2 hours.
