i can't wait to play though the mages questline !! (im coming back to skyrim after a massive modding hiatus argg)

I think the College of Winterhold building was once of Falmer/Snow Elf Architecture. or like the remnants of one and rebuilt with some Atmoran/Nord touch to it.

It looks similar to the Forgotton Vale/Auri-El's Chapel(+Inner Sanctum) Architecture.
