Wow! I apparently hit a nerve on that one. I started things with http://jenrose.com/broke-cooking/ and will happily expand any of the “Leftover suggestions”.
Keep in mind that I tend to cook very allergy-friendly, so for people with food issues, don’t let that stop you. About the only thing I really can’t help with is vegan cooking, because I’m a) not interested in it and b) allergic to most of the vegan mainstays. But seriously, folks, lmk if there’s something specific you want to learn how to cook. I’ve got a ton of stuff in my files on the nitty gritty of things like lasagna, turkey dinner. Most of my recipes are “spoonie cooking”... that is, meant to be made by people with little focus, little energy and not a ton of money.
