Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/4 cup hot sauce. 2 tbsp butter, melted. 1 tbsp white vinegar. 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for serving.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken wings in the sauce until well coated. Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through. Serve with optional blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
