whats your experience like being did and willogenic? I want to willo too but the system bias always gets in the way of forming, to not really be willogenic. any tips?
it's been a mixed bag for us.. quite honestly. Sometimes, it's really difficult to have a willomate form, sometimes the willomate forming is a fragment that wants a more stable identity.
I know that as a programming survivor, torture has fundamentally impacted how our system and innerworld react. It also impacts our willomancy.
We have a very strong imagination and ability to picture things in our mind. That really helps our willomates feel real and helps them feel more connected, too. Usually, we do character based willomates, even if that character is more factual than fictional, lol. that also really helps. Build a headmate blogs, while a nice guiding point, its one that doesn't always help or work for us.
Pluralkit (or other proxy bots) with a private server can really help a willomate (or fragment) form more. It's something we are still working on ourselves, it feels sort of like blind leading the blind to give advice or tips. Regardless!!
Pintrest boards where you save pins for your willomate has also helped. telling your willomate about your day, about routines, about conflicts, asking simple questions, reading stories.. all that and more can also help. At the beginning, there's quite a bit of puppeting, as time goes on and they form more, you may begin to notice more autonomous responses and feelings. its important to let that thrive and flourish.
