Regulars of the old timeloop-tourney polls may be familiar with Mr. Arimnaes, and William is the one tormenting him with the time loop. He gave Arim immense power. but Arim but didn't keep his end of the deal, so Will ended up tormenting Arim 30 years later with a time loop. Incidentally, he also ended up getting trapped in the loop with Arim. So, like, oops.

William-Sama is literally just a hobo that lives in a dumpster and happens to be a demon. A strong demon, at that. He's just weird. He talks liKE tHIs!1!! and is generally the most fucked up and deteriorated out of all the residents of Flordaddle being stuck in the loop, which is surprising when you remember he's the one who made it in the first place. He also eats urinal cakes, gives weird advice to Kiane, and also a weirdly drippy letter to someone he loves.

Finally, it would be very funny if William managed to win the entire tournament while his childhood ex-boyfriend couldn't win just one singular poll in the dozes upon dozens of attempts.
