For the past two years I have picked a word to focus on, inspire, and motivate me. And each year I get a shirt with my word on it. My word for 2018 is #DREAM. It’s taken awhile, but I finally found my shirt! . I am dreaming BIG! Since getting back on track with my own health I’ve been able focus in on my clients as well, and helping them achieve their goals! I didn’t reach my goal for April, but I worked damn hard! I woke up this morning after an amazing nights sleep with these words floating around in my head.....”My desire to grow my business and help others with their health, starts with me!” . 💥BOOM💥 . Everyone’ WHY is different! “✅ I worked in the nightclub industry hustling people for money and passing judgment on a nightly basis. ✅ I worked in construction as a laborer shoveling asphalt and taking baths in diesel fuel, oil and dirt. ✅ I pushed carts and bagged groceries at Albertsons. ✅ I worked security for high profile clients from athletes and Hollywood celebrities. All different jobs...but the one thing these jobs had in common was that I had NO passion working in them. Sure money was ok...but I was still working just hard enough to be flat broke. Today I am celebrating that Health Coaching has opened up so many doorways for me. These are just a few examples. 🔥 My passion, purpose and fire is lit on the daily. ⌚️ I have the time to do what I want, when I want. 👩🏽‍🎓👩🏼‍🌾👩🏼‍🎤👩🏻‍🏭👨🏾‍🔧 I’m assisting people from all walks of life achieve Optimal Health. 👍🏽 I’ve traded in a shovel and nightclub suits for whatever I want to wear and a business I can run from ANYWHERE in the world 🌎 💵 My current income completely CRUSHES any job I’ve ever held. Those are just a few examples of what Health Coaching has done for me.
