So I have "white coat syndrome". Yep it's a thing. Look it up so I don't have to explain it. But for several years docs kept putting me in BP meds I didn't need. Finally did a 24 hour BP test some time ago. I wore a BP cuff 24 hours. Even at the gym. Every 20 minutes it logged my BP. Even at the gym. Amazing thing! I didn't/don't have high BP. I have people piss me off syndrome. Too many fucking idiots. And these idiots have babies... Stop having babies. Well that and if you eat pretty healthy and exercise regularly.
