Why do many white Progressives lay most of the blame of the centrist Democrats' policies at Obama's feet? They tend to blame him more than they do Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Jimmy Carter or Bill Clinton. As far as they are concerned, Obama is mainly to blame.
