Heavy point Chopper doesn't look right to me it's weird he's not completely CGI but his other forms are so they don't have the same face but I think it's mainly his teeth that put me off

As for your question, way too many times
For the first handful of time Art viewed it as something he did for Tashi’s & Patrick’s pleasure. It was embarrassing enough to piss himself, so doing it and actively enjoying it would be way too much for him to deal with. It isn’t until they stop Art realizing that he really fucking loves it.
