Eega Beeva is a human/alien (depending on the story) from the year 2447, from who travelled back in time and befriended Mickey and Goofy (after convincing Goofy he actually exists, but can ya really blame Goofy?). He first appeared in 1947 comic storyline Mickey Mouse and the Man from Tomorrow by Bill Wash and Floyd Gottfredson

Put him in Tomorrow City as a resident after the events of the first Epic Mickey. He and some Gremlins could be working on repairing the area and making it inhabitable again.
