Okay...So...
I’m making this page to keep myself on track with losing weight and as something to look back on and see my progress. For a year and a half now I’ve been struggling with pains in my ankles, which turns out to be Achilles Tendonitis. My GP referred me to MSK Physiotherapy. On Thursday of this week I attended my appointment, the Physio has given me stretches for my calves and ankles but has advised that part of my problem is the fact I’m carrying more weight than I should be for a ‘pretty girl’. So she advised I work out my BMI and find out what I am and what I should be. I have found that out tonight, and I am absolutely disgusted in myself. I know I have put on weight…but honestly didn’t expect it to be THAT much. I knew from the end of last year I was 13 Stone, so assumed maybe a stone or two. NOPE! I am now 17 bloody stone! Going to get my ass in gear! Work out a diet that I will stick to due to the fact I am such a picky eater, get out walking and get exercising.
