Today was legs, traps, incline and decline chest and abs. Grueling leg workout today. Long overdue. Did jumping lunges, the hack squat, straight leg raises, calf raises and hamstring curls. Each week I like to rotate my first exercise. It allows me to start fresh with that muscle group which allows me to ‘shock the muscle’ and keep my body guessing thus minimizing the plateau.
