What do you know about Fetească Neagră? Is is the most capricious sort of grape... exactly like a woman, that’s why the winemaker needs to be a magician to handle this fickle lady. Dried plums, bramble and blueberry, a soft touch of vanilla and firm ripe tannins give this wine a good finish. The amount of acidity made it elegant and balanced. First chapter @wedine.wedo was a challange because chef Norbert Szabou @chicflipel start the dinner with beef tartare. So I propose a wine based on Pinot Noir, Cuvée Bernard from @ferdi_winery. I had red ripe fruits, cherry and sour cherry with soft persistent tannins, vanilla from 16 month in barrels, an elegant wine made with passion.
