First chapter @wedine.wedo was a challange because chef Norbert Szabou @chicflipel start the dinner with beef tartare. So I propose a wine based on Pinot Noir, Cuvée Bernard from @ferdi_winery. I had red ripe fruits, cherry and sour cherry with soft persistent tannins, vanilla from 16 month in barrels, an elegant wine made with passion.
