Well if this hasn't been the year to up all our game in #SelfCare, & our patterns and beliefs associated with it ... I don't want to know what is 🤣🕰🙃😅. Just wanted to send others out there a reminder (especially you fellow #empaths & #wayshowers) ... It is OKAY if some days all you have the #energy to do is #SelfLove, Self Care (however that looks to you), or do a little energy work that isn't yet known, seen, or appreciated by others. It is more than OK because #YouAreWorthIt. So stop underestimating the power of self Love&Care. It refuels you, shows others & the universe how to treat you, and re-empowers you for anything else you want (or need) to do. And keep in mind, many in #Ascension 🌠 (especially you - high level #Empaths, #Starseeds, & #TwinFlames)💘, tend to take on autoimmune, digestive, or other types of issues, illness or injury, to learn from &/or clear themselves/family lines of. This can be overcome & worked through; but it means that it is even more vital to listen to & honor your body's energy balance & needs, especially in relation to all the "extracurriculars" your souls' energy is already taking part in. Spending time with bodhisattva #Jizo recently, has helped me in the deeper power & worthiness layers of these lessons (which seem to spiral up in new layers, as the months and years pass). So what about you? Will you commit to loving yourself unconditionally? Will you start a practice to accept, love & care for *You, in the way your body and soul are asking you to?
