Initial observations of Pristina. 

It reminds me of Addis Ababa with obvious differences. 

Interesting and strange amount of American culture here. 

The statue and picture of Bill Clinton on Bill Clinton Street. The Patriots Football Team Helmet Car Refresher. The Protestant Church with the Thanksgiving Decorations. 

There were fireworks at night... don’t know why but they were pretty. 

I have a balcony that lets me see the whole city. 

Hello Blog! 

long time, no post. sorry about that, I have a whole list of things I want/need to share with you but its hard to find the time and energy to write. 

Yellow Flowers, I found on my first day at the Giant’s Causeway. One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen in my life. I went because I had been told by a number of people to visit but I didn’t want to do the one-day bus tours so I went by myself for three days to really get a chance to see the place. It was a great time to get out of the city and really get a chance to appreciate the opportunity I have been given. 

month 1... boy did a lot happen. I have cried, I have wanted to go back home, I have been sick, I have had the greatest adventures, and met so many interesting people. I learned so much and I still have so many questions that I am not sure how to get the answers to.
