Waterside Warble, Spice Market, San Myshuno

Based on the Netflix show, 'Dash & Lily', Warbler's Block holds a pizza restaurant, a bookstore and a secret underground nightclub: the perfect places to hide notebooks and complete dares! The Waterside also has a laundromat, a music store, two studio apartments and a large office building facing the river

This build was originally made for @mairenah​ ’s #mairenaHcontest but I took way too long to finish it

“What used to be the perfect home to a family of prodigious musicians has now turned into this, a spot where homeless animals rummage through the garbage, not to mention how many rodents must be crawling around. You feel unsafe just looking at it, you'd have to be crazy and desperate to want to live here. It could even be haunted!

I am proud to announce the winner of the first Contest hosted by MairenaH! congratulations, Abigail chose your building as the most perfect to play in when starting in San MyShuno. It is old, it is broken and it has lots of room to put toys in. (remember, she is 6) 

I think this is the most honoust way a winner can be chosen, trough the eyes of the girl who inspired me to make a savegame file afterall 💖A deserved win, I love it too! Ingame it is haunted, crawling with critters and a hangspot for cats, as desired by the artist who build this Rundown building. 

This building will have a permanent spot in our @mairenahsavegame​.

Waterside Apartments + Warble Cafe

"Two apartment buildings and a little cafe all on one lot. The apartments are meant to be just ready to move in, (i’ve already made the floorplan, placed a kitchen and bathrooms) but you can change them and make them how you like! I built the apartments imagining that they’d be extremely cheap and tiny!
