Okay, I know this is random and it’s probably not gonna happen, but on the off chance if Nickelodeon ever decides to do a Rags 2, here’s who would I fancast for it.
Amira Prince (16.)
A fierce and confident songwriter on the inside, shy and doubtful on the outside.
Amira’s been singing and writing songs since she was 3 years old, and hopes to be as good as her parents one day and get her voice out there, which is why when she has a chance encounter with the charming Luke, who quickly helps her with her music and how to get herself out there, she realizes maybe she had a voice inside her all along, she just didn’t realize it.
Fancast: Miia Harris.
Noah (16-17.)
Amira’s rockstar ex- boyfriend who’s only with her for the fame and to both help boost their careers, and doesn’t actually care about her or her singing career, and believes then when she decides to dump him for Luke, that he’ll come back to her.
Amir Prince (16-17.)
Amira’s twin brother and a soundboard/mentor to his sister when she’s feeling down and can’t say it to her parents.
He is encouraging and supportive of her music career, and tells her that she shouldn’t care what other people think about her music and to just do her thing.

Luke Carter 16-17.)
A charming popstar who’s hoping to release his 2nd album soon and get his name out there more.
He bumps into Amira while they’re both at Majesty Records and ends up sneaking a peek at some of her lyrics, during which he then tells her that her lyrics seem a little scribbled and if she’s ever written any lyrics before, during which she retorts she’s been writing lyrics longer then him, which leads to a cute flirt bicker before he introduces himself and offers to help her with her lyrics and make them sound better, but first she needs some inspiration.
And he eventually ends up teaching her to let her music reflect what she wants to say, not what other people want to say, and begins to slowly develop a crush on her.
