Feb Challenge
I decided to give myself monthly challenges to hold myself accountable.
Years ago when I had my first weight loss tumbler which ended up gaining some popularity, which is still wild to me, I did this and ended up losing 60+ pounds, on top of the 20 pounds I had already lost before starting the blog. My weight loss goal this time around is much bigger, and I’m starting off at a much worst place physically then I did then, so I won’t be able to take on these massive challenges I use to give myself just yet, so for anyone who sees this don’t judge me too harshly lol.
My goal for Feb is to walk 50 miles, and then next month I’ll up it from there to probably 60, and then so on until I can hit 100 miles in a month. Today’s the first day, so I’ll update on how much ground I covered when I’m done <3

Heyo! Another treadmill say done. A bit later on the day after breakfast instead of before. My legs did not want to cooperate for the first half mile. Then I got back into the swing of things. I also ate an extra meal at like 3 PM. Eggs, cucumber, cheese, and carrots. And I am STILL hungry! Man oh man hunger is a weird thing! Lol. Meatloaf and halo top ice cream tonight will hopefully fill me up. Otherwise, it's been about two weeks since I've been counting and trying and I'm almost 5 pounds down. That's a mini victory for me!
Last night's workout. I won't lie. Last nights workout was hard. Not even physically as much, but more mentally. I went the whole day with every intention to get a workout in at night. I was going to do some zumba for a half an hour before I put Zoey to bed. Alex and I had some stuff to do after she went to bed so I didn't think I could do it then. Both kids had other plans for me Zoey did NOT want me to do zumba and would not stop grabbing my shirt and crying. Then Kayden just wouldn't stop crying. So I was upset because I needed to get a workout in. At this point, I almost said screw it and didn't do anything. But then I thought maybe a walk in the stroller would calm Kayden down, as well as clear my head and get me a workout. So Kayden and I went on about a mile walk. Not my best workout, but hey I'm proud of myself for not mentally quitting and still going.

Had a large carb filled breakfast. Whoops. But I’m still on track. We good, we good!
Leaving a 1:30 to go see my friend to walk a trail. I hope he realizes we are going hard, not just taking an easy stroll.

Boom. Not bad for my first long walk workout. Gonna try and get out to walk at least 4 days a week. And yoga at least 5 days a week (either morning or night or both). Back getting at least some type of workout. And my food and eating has actually been pretty good the past week plus today. I am more focused than I've been in a long time on my fitness and nutrition. (:
