Moids clearly get off on how frail wearing high heels makes us seem. I don't own any high heels and never will, but I'm one of the only women I've seen in the courthouse who doesn't wear heels to work every day. Because of this, I get teased on a near-daily basis at work for how "aggressively" I walk because I'm not forced to mince along at a snail's pace because of the death traps on my feet. One older bailiff calls me "Captain [Lostandfound]" and he and his sheriff buddies make military marching sounds when they see me coming down the hall.
Moid's egos are really so fragile that we have to pretend we can't even WALK normally around them. And if you refuse to play the part of the helpless damsel, you get labelled "aggressive" and mannish. I'm so sick of it.
